Our aim is to bring the wilds of the Scottish Highlands to our menu. In an area synonymous with the wild landscape, rivers and lochs, using local produce such as wild venison or game is key to demanding fresh menu options for our customers. This in turn certainly serves to keep our chefs thinking outside the box and our menu forever fresh.
We seek to have our dishes ready for all tastes and requirements, from tasty vegan and vegetarian dishes through to sea food, fish, game and our succulent beef and steak dishes.
We like to keep our specials board at the ready to tempt our customers to try something new, whilst also keeping the traditional home cooked favourites.
